But,as a result of including the superfoods, mentioned in my weekly diet, I have been able to see real benefits in my health.

Does anyone else imagine carrots or bananas in capes when the word ‘super food’ is mentioned? Superfoods are the superheroes of everyday food, and we all love them. It would be silly to think that way, but what makes some items superfoods?
Why do we name them that way? Some foods have a number of health benefits and nutritional values that make them superior to others. Here are ten amazing superfoods that you should add to your daily diet as well as their benefits.
LEGUMES
What are some of the amazing properties of the beans? They come in a variety of types. Superfoods like beans can definitely jazz up your eating habits. You can eat many types of lentils, including black and red lentils, kidney beans, peas, peanuts, and even garbanzo beans.
Your body needs fiber, protein, minerals, and vitamins from legumes. When I say, “There isn’t an insulin reaction that a chocolate sundae can’t cure”, I’m referring to you. Making sauces and soups thicker can be achieved by grinding legumes. You can use them as a topping if you wish. The idea of hummus sounds delicious, doesn’t it?

Pain reduction and wound healing are some other benefits tagged with turmeric. You don’t seem to be that much interested in this superfood right now, but you should think about adding turmeric to your diet. and heart disease risks. Salmon can be one of the healthy items on your menus if you are weight conscious.
